Safety rules
1 - Know how to swim
2 - Never surf alone. Respect other practitioners, remain courteous and attentive to others in all circumstances.
3 - Observe the ocean and the surfing conditions and check that they are adapted to your level of practice and the equipment used. If I'm a beginner, I prefer a foam board with soft fins.
4 - Respect the surf zones (black and white checkered flags) and identify potential dangers (riprap, baïnes, shorebreak (wave on board). Monitor the weather (no surfing in stormy weather). Identify the surf zones. swimming (yellow and red striped flags) so as not to enter while surfing.
5 - Surfing with a leash in good condition should be systematic and wearing a helmet is recommended, especially for children and areas with heavy traffic.
Protect your head and face in the event of a fall or collision with another surfer. The neoprene wetsuit limits the impact of the cold and possible collisions.

Reinforced hygiene measures
All our surf lessons are given in compliance with the hygiene measures in force.
The equipment (wetsuits and lycras) is washed and disinfected between each surf lesson using a bactericidal and virucidal disinfectant product.
At the end of the day, the material is stored in a place allowing it to dry and be ready for the next day.
The boards are rinsed between each lesson and cleaned at the end of each day.
